The room was relatively clean,place is close to Termini station and the Colosseum is like 20 minutes walk from there.

The room was clean and an ok size. It had a window that could open for fresh air. They did provide a place to leave our luggage on the day we arrived until time to check in.

The room was cleaned everyday, along with new set of towels. However, this is not necessarily a good thing, given the environmental situation (there was no signs to tell that we did not want the towels exchanged, or the room cleaned).

- cleaning continously ( new towels ) - you have enough space to your luggage, clothes - Termini is near ( metro, bus, train etc. ) >> you can reach all your destination ( travel by train to other cities ) - direct transfers to airport are from Termini ( Ciampino, Fiumicino ) , really near to your stay

USEFUL LOCATION. Close to the main Rome Termini railway station, hop-on-hop-off buses, trams and buses. Convenient for cheap restaurants and cafes. MODERN CLEAN ROOM. The room is extremely clean and well furnished. Good shower GOOD SLEEP. Very comfortable bed and a perfectly quiet room for a good night's sleep. Good pillows. Sheets were clean and changed. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, The breakfast Included is served at a very pleasing café, a four minute walk away. It consists of a delicious croissant, juice and coffee.

The room was excellent, we thank Federica's team as the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Very good and energetic breakfast. Federica's only problem is not the location, but that the streets are very dirty, with garbage of all kinds in the streets. Which does not help Federica, since the first impression is one of anguish. As the days go by you realize that it is a safe place, but very dirty. My opinion is that Federica and the other hotels, restaurants, shops ask the city council of Rome to mitigate the problem of dirt, which affects the image of the services of the Termini station neighborhood. The rest was excellent, I thank Federica and her team, always attentive to all our needs, we hope to return, thank you very much.

The room was clean and the fridge was a plus. It was quiet, and security was good. Its very close to Roma Termini and train, bus and metro access.

The breakfast was in a bar in the nearby, unfortunately I was in a harry and I couldn't enjoy it but it was a nice place. The room was clean and comfortable and the person who welcome me was helpful and courteus.

The rooms were spacious and very very clean. There was always hot water in the bathroom and clean towels every day. The lady cleaning the rooms does a really good job, I am very picky with cleanliness myself and I can definitely say that everything was thoroughly cleaned. We really appreciated the AC!
